The implementation of this project includes a number of activities:

  • active and practical computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Windows, making Power Point presentations, web browsing, creating and using email, Facebook and Twitter pages);
  • skills of writing documents necessary for applying for a job (job application, curriculum vitae – CV, cover letter, motivation letter, business recommendations);
  • training in business etiquette (addressing and titling, greetings, presentation, dress code, rules of telephone communications, internal and external meetings, relationship with colleagues, relationship with superiors, etc.).
  • simulation of an interview;
  • study of the legal form of establishing companies prescribed and regulated by The Law for Business Companies (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” no. 125/04);
  • elaboration of business ideas and writing a business plan;
  • development of company names, selection of the legal form of the company, creating logos and memos in electronic form;
  • market and competition analysis (using the method of observation, questioning – surveys, interviews, testing via mail, phone, online testing);
  • implementation of the procedure of establishment of a company (making The Decision or The Contract of establishing, filling The Requirement for registration of establishment, the payment of the initial capital and taxes, OP form, opening a current account, etc.).
  • Study of the Standard Industrial Classification code book and determination of Standard Industrial Classification codes;
  • obtaining a Tax ID and the identification number;
  • giving presentations to students of vocational schools in Pirot and Montana;
  • the inclusion of eminent businessmen in the work of virtual enterprises through lectures and presentations of their experiences;
  • organizing joint Bulgarian-Serbian workshops for all participants of the project in order to share and evaluate knowledge.
